how do I contact the Magnaura Tours Reservation Office?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

For a private transfer, Magnaura Tours vehicle will wait for up to an hour and a half at no charge. After this time you may be liable for a waiting charge.

How do I find my driver?

Normally the Magnaura Tours driver will be waiting in front of your arrival gate with a Magnaura Tours sign and your party's name. However you must refer to your booking confirmation where you will find specific instructions for your particular airport.

What happens if I cannot find my driver at the airport?

Refer to your booking confirmation where you will find a local contact number.

How long will I have to wait at the airport?

Your vehicle will normally be at the airport for the scheduled arrival of your flight. Where flights arrived on time, we aim to leave the airport within 5 minutes of meeting your driver.

I have lost my luggage, can you collect it for me later?

All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be forwarded to your resort address.

I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?

Contact our central reservation staff, giving details of the transfer, and the missing items. We will then endeavour to deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge may be applicable.

Can I have a refund?

Under certain circumstances - if you cancel more than 7 days before transfer.

Can I have a receipt?

Your email or fax confirmation is your receipt.

How do I confirm my resort pickup time?

Your transfer is confirmed by us by email after your booking request has been made if we have the availability. If not you will recieve a cancellation from us either by SMS or by email. Your return transfer is at the time on the transport voucher unless changed by the transporter who will contact you by phone or by sms.

Does the driver speak English?

All Magnaura Tours drivers speak English. Occasionally we are obliged to use a local taxi firm, in which case we cannot guarantee the driver will speak English.

What type of vehicles do you have?

Magnaura Tours run a fleet of new style Mercedes-Benz Viano, all with 7 passenger seats. They are air-conditioned for the summer, fully equipped for the winter with an extended wheelbase for extra luggage space. Elsewhere the vehicles are of a similar high standard.

Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?

No.

Can I have the driver's mobile number?

No. If you have any problems contact your agent.

I do not have a resort address, can you drop me off at the tourist office?

If you do not specify a resort address, you will be dropped of and picked up at the tourist office. If you wish to change this you must inform Magnaura Tours. Magnaura Tours can also help you to book hotels and package tours according to your time, budget and interest.

How long is the journey to the resort?

Approximate transfer times are given with price enquiries. On peak days and when the road conditions are poor, these times can vary.

Can we stop off at the supermarket or pickup property keys en-route?

By prior arrangement on a private transfer only, although not at peak times - a supplement may be applicable.

Can you pick me up from an Airport Hotel rather than the airport itself and take me to my destination?

Yes. Alternatively most hotels will take you to the airport where you can meet an existing shuttle service.

Is the transfer direct or do we stop enroute?

Private transfers are normally direct, door-to-door.
